Clorox Wipes?

I used to love Clorox Wipes. The easiest way to clean, in my old mind opinion.

Have you take a good look at the Clorox wipes' instruction?
"For a true disinfected clean, you must make that wipe somehow keep the surface "visibly wet" for 4 minutes. Then, you must do a "potable rinse" (I had to google that: it means it has to be rinsed with drinkable water.) Sound like a lot of work and margin for error? Yeah, I thought so too.
